At GM Serviced Apartment, we warmly welcome families and are committed to making every stay comfortable for guests of all ages.Â
Children Stay PolicyÂ
- Children aged 0–11 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with their parents or guardians (subject to the maximum occupancy of each apartment).
- Baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability.
- Extra beds are available for selected apartment types at an additional charge.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults for accommodation purposes.
For the most comfortable stay, we recommend selecting an apartment that best suits the size of your
family. Our team will be happy to assist with choosing the right accommodation.
Pet PolicyÂ
- Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly apartments only.
- Â Prior reservation is required when travelling with pets.
- Additional pet fees and/or a refundable security deposit may apply.
- Â Pets must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash in public areas.
- Owners are responsible for their pet's behavior and any damage caused during the stay.
- Â For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in certain public facilities where applicable.
